Up to 10 Years on Parts & Labor
Qualifying installations — water heaters, repipes, sewer replacements, and water treatment systems — carry coverage on both the equipment and our workmanship for up to ten years.
Workmanship Guarantee on Repairs
Standard repairs are backed by our written workmanship warranty. If the same failure returns within the warranty period, we come back at no labor charge.
Manufacturer Coverage Registered
We register qualifying equipment with the manufacturer so your factory warranty is active from day one — no paperwork left to you.
Priority Warranty Response
Warranty calls get scheduled ahead of routine work, and membership customers move to the front of the line.

- Warranty length varies by service and equipment — the exact term is printed on your invoice.
- Customer-supplied fixtures and equipment carry our labor warranty; the part itself is covered by its manufacturer.
- Coverage applies to the original service address and requires the original invoice.
- Damage from freezing, misuse, unauthorized modification, or acts of nature is not covered.
- Recommended maintenance, such as annual water heater flushing, is required to keep extended coverage active.
